Research IT Network downtime – Thursday March 24th
11th of March 2022.
In order to perform essential maintenance, the Research IT Network will be offline between 8am and 10am Thursday March 24th, 2022.
There will be a further at-risk period for the remainder of that working day during which the network may be unstable if any additional remedial work is required.
All hosts and services on our network will be inaccessible from the internet and College network during this period.
Cluster jobs will continue to run during this period, but the clusters and their file systems will not be accessible.
Network access from offices in the Lloyd & CRANN Buildings that are connected to our network will be down also.
Any websites or other servers hosted on our network, (e.g. those with tchpc.tcd.ie in the URL), will also be inaccessible during this period.
